[ExI] Answering the Hard Problem, with applications to AI Consciousness

I have just published a new revision of a paper:
*Epistemic Horizons: A Computational Theory of Consciousness, Perspective,
and Knowability* <https://philpapers.org/archive/RESEHA.pdf>

It represents the culmination of my past 20 years spent researching the
problems of consciousness.

It offers a novel theory based minimal assumptions, and offers answers to
the hard problem of consciousness: it explains why and how certain
information processing systems have a point of view. It has implications
for AI, animal, and uploaded consciousness (which is why I think some
members of this list may be interested in it).

I welcome any feedback, criticisms, comments or questions.
