[ExI] louisiana teachers get big bonuses

A special man in my life for 15 years work for the NSA and part of the
project that set this center up in Louisiana you know years ago. He was a
lovely man I miss him desperately he passed away because of complications
from diabetes. In the South mothers put a nipple on a bottle of Coca-Cola
so his body was born and over stimulated by sugar all of his life
