Note that you can still "trust" windows systems, but they must be designed 
differently than *nix systems. A farm of 6 windows servers can still still 
provide 5 nines as a system the same as a Linux server can (although you'd 
want a farm of linux boxen as well). Windows, while not optimal, is 
acceptable for server applications.
