This is great, BillK.  If everyone had these boxes, there
would be no need for speed limits.  Of course, insurance
companies would be free to charge you whatever they thought
your risk of accident justified.  But then you would be free
to go to another company.  Companies could specialize in
fast good drivers, just as currently there are companies
that specialize in insuring motorcyclists with bikes
capable of going 190 mph.  Information is good.
