As far as the AFM goes, it is a little beyond my means. But I can show you the website of a company in germany that sells a cute little one called the BerMad AFM that fits on your desktop and is controlled by a Windows NT app. I of course would prefer the BioLyser since it can do optical and fluorescence work too.
