All mammals are endothermic, but it does not follow that all endotherms
must be mammals.  Besides, why can't an ectotherm breath fire?  That
would explain why dragons prefer to spend most of their time underground
and sleeping, with a hoard of gold making a nice thermal contact to the
ground.
