Definitely, I agree with the concept of a multi racial ruling class.
I would even argue that such a thing already exists if you look at the human
race globally.

In part, this is why I fear the imperialist notions which seem to reside
with the US/Israel generated PNAC neocon agenda.
Specifically, it seems to be all about _the opposite_ of a multi racial
ruling class.
Yet, paradoxically, I do understand their motives and reasoning.
I can see why they are heading down that path and why they feel it is
necessary.
But it really frightens me. This is much at stake and much can go wrong.

One day, technology will render such things irrelvant. That is my hope.
