No.

Moore's still on track, though, so the potential mounts.
We will have AI, unless our R&D collapses completely.
It's just nobody can predict when.

In general, Harvey is dead-on that we shouldn't try to 
predict anything, particularly emergence of specific events and sequences
of events.

(Not only is this unscientific, it reflects badly on the rest
of us who're trying hard not appear as circus clowns, but
get cream-pied by association).
