The profit per product is based upon the willingness and ability of the 
patient or the HMO to pay.

So one would have to research the willingness of the bulk clients HMO's 
and National health plans
to pay before deciding which is more profitable to develop or market on 
a  specific product
by product basis ...

It is not quite as simple as make it then sell it as I see it.
