Sooner or later a small group is going to use a nuke in anger on a city.

And there isn't one damn thing you can do about it. The signature is small,
and can be shielded. Your best bet is to not be a target.

The reason it didn't happen yet is that fissible supply is controlled.

Trying to clamp down on illegal immigrants is pretty nuts. The reason
all these folks are jumping on your should have told you that your ideas
are not reasonable. Please try reviewing them from scratch.
