  That would be true if both the premises and the logic were perfectly sound. I mean no offense, but I am not yet convinced by your argument: that we cannot be continually dieing. Of course, I also invite any logical arguments that contradict my idea, but I would not consider my idea refuted unless I was convinced the argument was sound.

A logical argument that proves this assertion wrong would be a type of scientific 
evidence.
