Moreover, this is not about (possibly unlimited) technological
progress, is about making use of finite resources. *Terrestrial* sun
power implies wasting large surfaces, influencing ecosystems, changing
the earth albedo, engaging in industrial manufacturing which in turns
has an impact on all that, etc.
