This is what the Sunni Islam teach.
Shia and other disagree.

This bring the problem of Free Will and Predestination.
And the problem of the Oneness of God.

Usually the final solution to these questions is to kill the questioner
because it is spreading disbelief.
Just like happened to the Mutazilite.

Anyway, Islam is concerned about orthopraxys not orthodoxy: the
faithfull must believe and obey, don't think or ask questions.
