They (Focardi and Rossi) do not claim it is "cold fusion"
of atoms..They cannot explain the physics of the experiment. 
So they use the term "energy catalyzer" instead. So it has
more to do with chemistry than with nuclear physics.
Somebody said "piezo-chemistry"!
