Who is talking about the top 10%?  Freedom helps everyone and did historically help far more segments rise than ever in history.

So what?  How is that a claim check on my life or yours?  By what right?  If they have such a "right" then why does it trump our right to live our lives as we see fit?

That is not "caring"?  Being forced to contribute to the well-benig of strangers has nothing to do with "caring" as caring can only be voluntary.
