[ExI] Trump jokes are becoming illegal

Howard Stern endured the same treatment from the FCC for years.  This is
why government should be scaled back, Trump is just the latest player to
take advantage of the FCC's broad powers.  I'm more concerned with the fact
they're in the process of dismantling net neutrality and have already sold
us out to the ISPs.
