That’s a good point. I think there’s perhaps a minimum one needs to be able to use these materials, but I believe most people are already above that minimum if they know how to get online. (And I don’t much more than just getting online. You don’t have a hotshot programmer to access videos on math or piano or Mandarin or ancient civilizations.
