[ExI] Is the ExI email list slowly dying out? And if so, what can be done to reverse such an outcome?

Or imagine that all condiments are relabelled "mayonnaise", because that is
the only legally allowed condiment and no one admits to wanting to break
the law - so you have "spicy mayo" (curry), "salty mayo" (salt), and
someone who wants actual mayo is at a loss for words to even accurately
phrase their request (since even "actual mayo" gets coopted).
