[ExI] Humans will go crazy in space travel

I wanted to stay in my 2700 sq ft.house for the duration of the pandemic.  I didn't even want to go out onto the grounds.  I have had to force myself to go out for medical visits and trips to stores.  Except for my lack of risk tolerance the article implies someone like me would make a good spacefarer.  However I wouldn't want to live like this for more than about 2 years.
