People who think that they are another sex usually have known it for a long
time.  It goes far beyond wanting to wear flowery dresses.  In one famous
case, a baby with flawed genitalia was surgically made into a female and
raised that way.

Later on he/she  said that he knew all along he was male, got the operation
and married and had kids (adopted I assume).    bill w
