That actually might be a good reason for China to back off Taiwan.

While I think you are right (now) about "he who has the AIs", I don't
think that will be the case in a few years.  The AIs will be running
things, and I don't think that is compatible with the CCP.

While the leadership of China makes noise about its socialist goals,
the real intent is a system where the ones with power over others
maintain that power.
