qualia created by various language networks. And yes, a brain module that
subserves a type of qualia cannot directly communicate all aspects of its
function to other modules that subserve other qualia, so you cannot explain
one type of qualia by reference to other qualia. If you leave connections
between various sensory maps unpruned you end with synesthesia, which is a
nuisance since it degrades the map's discriminating capacity.
