What is the big deal concerning a teenager with an bad nose who wants to get it bobbed so she can look like a pop diva? Why do tame psychologists have to agonise about it and talk softly, pretending to care about someone else's teenager, if the parents can pay for the surgery? Just get the surgery over with, who cares if it's 'healthy'? 
Paying  psychologist's bills for teenagers can be as expensive as surgery, and the teen looks in the mirror touching her big nose trying to decide if the psychologist is right about 'beauty being within' and all that tripe.
