Hey guys, this stuff is simple addition and multiplication with a 
little division thrown in.

Figure a year as 8000 hours.

so penny a kWh gives you $80/yr revenue.

If you pay off the investment in ten years that means $80/year x10 
years is $800.  That's the amount you can spend per kW if you want 
power at penny a kWh.
