That may be Bill, and investors should be happy to lose their money
for such slip ups. However, tax payers are not so forgiving. Let the
market do it's work, and let the government get out of the way!
How hard is it to see that solar panels are continually getting
cheaper by an exponential curve? Couldn't these geniuses see that was
going to be the case?
