This is typical UK Daily Mail rubbish. Any grains of truth in a Daily
Mail article will have been twisted almost beyond recognition to aid
their propaganda against anyone or any organisation that they hate.
(And they have a long list of things they hate).

Does anyone really think they can see a pigeon's genitals when they
fly overhead?
(Just ask any pigeon breeder).

If the ISIS ban on pigeon breeding actually exists, then it is only as
part of their desire to control every aspect of their followers lives.
Like banning music, western clothes, etc. etc.
