What if we have a system that scans the ballots realtime and puts up digital
images on a public site?  The voter could keep a receipt with ballot number,
then check it at any later time to verify it hasn't been modified.

I can think of a reason.  We know the commies were trying to hack the machines.  One leaked report says they were unsuccessful, but what about the ones who were successful?  Would we know?  How?

 

Think about it: we know there are thousands of talented hackers all over the globe, thousands.  Imagine you are a Russian.  You know nothing and care nothing about US politics, but you see two candidates, one who is rattling nukes at Russia and one who is inviting Russians to hack.  Now imagine you are talented enough to do things like that which was apparently done.  Which of those two would you choose?

 

Until we get rid of every electronic voting machine, every one of them, we won’t know who the commie hackers will help elect.
