[ExI] Why are women's clothing so much more flamboyant than men's?

Yeah I'll buy all of that, but what does a man's status have to do with
suits and ties?  And why the hell won't it change?  One point:  there are
men who are just as concerned about having a monogamous relationship as
many women.  As a younger man, I was subjected to prejudice when I was not
in the market for one night stands, which it was assumed I was (and they
