Hospitals in the US and around the world are not as overwhelmed as they might have been because emergency rooms report a 50% reduction in non-COVID19 cases such as heart attacks, strokes, and even appendicitis. It's reasonable to assume part of the reason for this is sick people are reluctant to go to a hospital and possibly get infected, but that may not be the entire answer. People are probably exercising less now, could they have been doing too much before?

Alternative explanation: they are home so they are exercising more?

The strokes and appendicitis are hard to explain, being two conditions that would send one to the shop regardless of the risk of C-19. Ya just gotta go in there at those times.

I am exercising a hell of a lot more now than before.

I am particularly interested in what the quarantine will do to the shooting season in those places where guns are illegal. I don’t know when the season is for that, but they seem to be constantly holding the championships in the south side of Chicago. If those go down, we have learned a good alternative means of controlling crime.
