[ExI] psychosomatics

All this about not touching your face has made me aware of just how often I
do that.  Furthermore, I think my nose itches far more than it usually
does, although I never paid any attention to that and so I have no  data.
But it strongly suggests that my itching is psychosomatic.

Now if I can just find out how astronauts deal with nose itching while
wearing a space helmet maybe I can get on with my life.
