It looks like the order itself is on shaky legal ground.  It isn’t a law because it wasn’t passed by the state legislature, the government can’t make anyone buy something, so it is legal to not have a mask, and they cannot legally make residents stay indoors.  So… they can’t say it is illegal to be outdoors without a maks.

 

This is cool: the number of deaths by C-19 dropped for the first time ever according to the Johns Hopkins site.

 

Let’s hope it drops again tomorrow.
