Wenliang’s perishing of coronavirus was the best thing that could happen for him.  Had he survived, he would likely have faced a firing squad and his family charged for the cost of the bullet.  The Chinese have nothing analogous to a constitutional Bill of Rights.  They have no rights.  Only permissions.
