I don't know what to recommend here, but another issue is for older
people and perhaps for anyone is having people who check in on you
regularly. Some medical conditions need prompt attention before they
become serious or life threatening. So hopefully you and everyone here
has someone who will notice if they've gotten themselves into trouble
quickly. This is a big problem for those who live alone.
