Or a person could simply do a google search on how to negotiate/haggle with
used car dealers! After reading two or three articles on the subject, they
would have at least some idea of how to do it successfully. But of course
having a big brother/father/uncle/friend/mom who knows how to do it and
shows them firsthand, cannot be underestimated.
