[ExI] Fusion breakthrough

The issue of igniting a fuel pellet compared to making an actual engine
reminds me of attempts to make a black powder engine.

Sure, it's got a lot of bang but that's not enough to make a cycle like
steam power or 2&4 stroke engines.

I wonder if we can or should be figuring out how to improve efficiency of
our local working fusion engine: the sun.  It's currently radiating in all
direction.  Seems kinda wasteful.
