Right Adrian, that is what I'm saying. I tried to explain many times that
even the word quality is something that science has tried to avoid
completely because it seems the universe is not made of qualities but
quantities.
That is what the core of the Galilean revolution is. And do not let me
start with Panpsychism that is utter bs. Not sure why anybody would listen
to Goeff, a nice guy but with zero depth of understanding on these issues.
I know I'm judgemental but I think about this stuff almost all the time,
lol.
So yes, there is such an isolated or static thing as redness. It is not
something you can really point at, besides some pattern of connection
between neurons that is not unique even in that particular person because
it changes (not completely but it does change) from moment to moment (with
attention for example), use of drug, sleep, age and so on.
