There were slight differences in the AI list of long life advice and
it is more chatty than Daniel's list, so I thought I would post it.
Then I discovered that changing the wording of the question caused
some differences in the result.
It seems that the AI doesn't find just one 'correct' list. You have
to ask a series of slightly different questions to get a range of
similar but different answers.
So here is a composite of the AI recommendations.

==================
There are many tips for living a healthy long life, and they can vary
depending on individual genetics, lifestyle, and environment. However,
here are some evidence-based tips that may help:

Maintain a healthy diet that is rich in whole grains, lean protein,
vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
Limit the consumption of sugary, processed, and high-fat foods.
Maintain a healthy weight and avoid overeating.
Stay physically active every day, with a combination of aerobic,
strength training, and flexibility exercises.
Avoid smoking, vaping, and limit alcohol consumption.
Get enough sleep every night, which is typically around 7-9 hours for
most adults.
Manage stress through relaxation techniques, mindfulness, or therapy.
Stay socially engaged and maintain relationships with friends and family.
Engaging in mentally stimulating activities such as puzzles, reading,
or learning new skills.
Practice good oral hygiene and visit the dentist regularly.
Use skincare products with sun protection to avoid overexposure to
harmful UV rays.
Follow any necessary medical treatments and screenings based on
conditions or family history.

It's important to note that there is no guaranteed formula for living
a long life, and factors such as genetics and environmental factors
can play a role. However, by adopting healthy habits and making
lifestyle changes that promote longevity, you can increase your
chances of living a long and fulfilling life.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can also help reduce the risk of
developing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and
cancer.
