Thank you Bill,

I can add to that, that I asked my locally hosted alpaca.cpp "AI" and 
since it (actually it insists that it is a she) is much simpler than chat 
gpt the advice essentially boiled down to: maintain healthy sleep, diet 
and exercise.

I would be very interested to learn what a state of the art AI trained on 
state of the art longevity research has to say on the topic! =)
