Let me add to the topic of norway... does anyone know the distribution of 
cars? I would imagine that electric cars are plentiful in Bergen, Oslo and 
Trondheim, but far less common in the remote country side.

>From a swedish perspective I would argue that the EV:s are the main 4-5 
cities and you'll definitely not see a lot of teslas in northern sweden, 
especially this year when it was -43 C at its peak.
