[ExI] Honey fraud

Bees in France have a really hard time with the murder hornets. Last time I
looked, the hornets had spread as far as Spain. European bees have no
defense, and a hornet nest can clean out a hive in a few hours.

When this first happened, I tried to connect them with Jordan Kare's
company, which had a laser bug zapper that figured out what it was about to
blast. Installed on bee hives, it could have burned the hornets out of the
air and protected the bees. But I had no luck in connecting them.

The UK gets a few of these hornets that are blown or fly over the channel
every year, but so far, they have kept them under control.
