So women in some states are left with bad medical care that has killed a
few and damaged a lot more. It seems to me that no government should have
the power to limit medical procedures, in this case for one sex.

Spike, someone you know who needed an abortion (ectopic) would have died
because they were denied proper medical treatment in some states. I
consider this a human rights abuse. which should be forbidden at the
federal level. Perhaps you don't, but to me it is a libertarian matter.
